Our Technicians and Assistants
When at CVAC, you will often find our technicians in the treatment area caring for patients. It is here that they assist the doctors with surgical procedures by inducing and monitoring anesthesia, cleaning and polishing pet teeth, assisting with dental and skeletal radiographs, running diagnostic lab work, and various other technical tasks. You will also meet our technicians in an exam room, where they may check you and your pet in, and provide information on various topics such as dentistry, vaccinations, post-operative care and senior wellness. They are each unique and bring a wide variety of life experiences and technical skill to the CVAC team! Our assistants can also be found throughout the clinic. They are holding pets for treatments or tests, collecting and processing laboratory samples, and generally assisting doctors and technicians with the care of your pet. The assistants are also responsible for the general cleanliness of the hospital.
Our Receptionists, Practice Manager and Clinic Cat
Our receptionists are the friendly voices you will hear on the phone when you call to make an appointment or ask a question. They are also the smiling faces you see when you come to the clinic. They keep our schedule running smoothly by managing the appointment book, making our follow-up phone calls and monitoring our reminder system. You can rely on our receptionists to always be professional and to accurately forward your questions to the appropriate doctor or technician.
